Find active eggs instead of memorizing coordinates
Skip the coordinate hunt. Open Track, choose an egg in the current server, and follow the direction while watching the terrain. Radar can help when you need another target. Active eggs and map routes can change, so the live tools beat an old list of locations.
A good location is one you can reach, collect, and return from. Judge the round trip, including the pickup area, before saving the route.
Start at My Plot
Start and finish at My Plot. Check for an open basket slot, mount the pet you want to use, and select one egg through Track. Chasing every marker at once usually ends in circles.
Turn your camera toward the indicated direction and identify a large landmark: a building, cliff shape, water edge, colored structure, or elevated platform. Travel to that landmark, pause somewhere safe, and check the direction again. Breaking the trip into landmarks prevents small steering errors from becoming a long detour.
Read Track in stages
Track works best as a sequence of confirmations:
- Select one target near My Plot.
- Face the indicated direction.
- Ride to a recognizable midpoint.
- Recheck the target after turns or height changes.
- Slow down near the destination so you do not overshoot.
- Confirm the pickup and basket counter before returning.
If the indicator changes sharply, do not keep charging forward. Stop, rotate the camera, and determine whether the egg is above, below, or behind an obstacle. A faster pet only helps when you are following the right layer of the map.
Use Radar from a clear position
Use Radar in an open spot where the interface is easy to read. See what it marks in your server, choose one reachable result, and go back to navigating by landmarks.
Watch for any visible use counter, cooldown, duration, or purchase prompt. Those live elements define the current standard Radar limit. Infinite Radar is a Shop pass, but you should inspect its current description and price before deciding whether it solves a real problem for you.
Build a personal location notebook
Record routes by landmarks, not fragile coordinates. A useful entry looks like this:
- Target label shown by the game
- Starting direction from My Plot
- Two or three major landmarks
- Required movement type
- Approximate full round-trip time
- Basket slot used and hatch result
- Date tested
Mark whether the route worked with a ground mount or benefited from flight. If a server update moves scenery or changes target behavior, retest the entry before using it as a recommendation.
Screenshots are especially helpful at turns. Capture the camera angle with the next landmark visible, but avoid treating one screenshot as proof that the egg permanently spawns there.
Choose routes your pet can finish
Match the route to your mount. A direct line across awkward terrain can be slower than a slightly longer road. Flying pets can make elevated targets easier, while responsive ground pets can handle clear paths efficiently.
Set an abandonment rule before leaving. If you lose the indicator, fail the same obstacle twice, or discover that your basket is full, return to My Plot. Fast resets protect more playtime than forcing a bad attempt.
When comparing locations, time the complete round trip and include pickup handling. A route that looks short on the map can still be poor if the landing area causes repeated overshooting.
Complete the loop after pickup
Watch the basket counter change when you collect an egg. If it does not, slow down and confirm that the pickup registered before riding away. Then retrace your landmarks to My Plot and begin the hatch.
Inspect the new pet’s speed and Pet Index entry. If the result improves travel, use that pet to retest your saved routes. Better mounts can turn previously inefficient locations into practical targets, which is why a personal route notebook should evolve with your account.
Avoid stale location claims
Treat a screenshot as a route hint, not a permanent spawn. If the interface does not show rarity odds, leave the percentage blank. The useful part of a route is how to confirm the target, reach it, and get home.
